The variety of music styles played by Thomas may be a real surprise to someone who first reads this article. However, due to these incredible experiments with techno, house & electro he eventually found his unique style. A DJ with more than 20 years experience, Schumacher swiftly reacts on any smallest changes in musical trends and styles, in this way always remaining modern and actual. Today Thomas develops three trends of his creative activities: solo music, «Elektrochemie» project at Berlin label «Get Physical» and DJ career. He plays in the most famous European clubs, participates in world-scale festivals (Mexico City, Love Parade and Mayday) and admits: «People think that DJing is a great lifestyle, but it takes 80% of time for traveling from one party to another. In other words, you spend time for traveling instead of doing what you like. I meet a great number of people, but our acquaintance is rather superficial, but as time goes by I’m having an even stronger wish to get to know these people better and I’m looking forward to playing for people who can soon become my friends».
